_{My terms and conditions and pricing may be updated as I deem necessary. The current TOS and pricing at the time of approval will be followed.}

_{I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.}

_{Please note that doing art is my full-time work while being a college student that lives alone, so please be patient.}

_{My workflow is as follows: sketch approval > rendering approval > animation/expressions approval > final approval. I will send a WIP for each stage unless requested not to.}

+ + + + PAYMENT AND REVISIONS

_{Full payment is paid upfront after the sketch is approved.}

_{Partial payments are allowed for commissions over $500.}

_{The commissioner may ask for major revisions only in the sketching stage and minor revisions for the rendering, animation, and finalizing stages.}

_{I have the right to refuse any revision that I deem not within my scope of ability. However, I will still do my best to deliver on that revision.}

+ + + DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

_{Commission completion may take 2-4 weeks to 1-2 months upon approval of the sketch. My queue tracker is regularly updated for your reference.}

_{Delays are possible and the commissioner will be informed. Possible conditions include the complexity of the commission and animation, the current workload, and IRL situations.}

_{Feel free to message me for the status of the commission. WIPs can be sent at any time upon request if the commission is delayed.}

_{Let me know if there are any deadlines commission so I can prioritize it for the properly as I work on multiple commissions at once (not first come first served).}

_{Rush orders will incur an additional fee depending on how tight the deadline is and ranges from $50-100.}

+ + + + + + + USAGE

_{Commissioned work, finished or not, may be posted and streamed on my social media and portfolios unless requested not to. If I decide to post it, I will tag you so if you would prefer otherwise, please let me know.}

_{Chibis are under Personal use unless commercial usage is purchased. PNGtubers include digital commercial use but NOT physical commercial use.}

_{The commissioner can use and post the artwork as they please with credit. Altering the commission in any major way will require my consent.}

_{My work cannot be used as NFTs or in AI training.}

_{Digital commercial use: an additional 0.5x the total price of the commission. These include any promotional material and streaming assets (ex. Twitch alerts) that involve monetization.}

_{Physical commercial use: an additional 2x the total price of the commission. These include physical ways of monetization or reselling such as merch, keychains, stickers, etc.}

+ + INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

_{As the artist, I retain the rights to all of my artwork. Commissions under commercial use would allow such purposes, however, I still retain ownership rights to it.}

_{The commissioner cannot copy/trace/claim/alter my art as their own.}

+ + + + + + + REFUNDS

_{Full refunds can be given if I have not started on the commission yet.}

_{No refunds once I begin working on the commission.}

_{In the event that I am no longer able to work on the commission, I will give a full refund.}

+ + + + + + COMMUNICATION

_{Progress on the commission will be halted if commission updates for approval have not been replied to.}

_{By violating my Terms and Services, the commissioner will be blacklisted.}

_{When approved, I will reach out to you on your chosen platform. Failure to respond after a month will forfeit your slot.}
