Terms of Service

general

  • My terms and conditions and pricing may be updated as I deem necessary. The current TOS and pricing at the time of approval will be followed.

  • I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

  • IMPORTANT: Please note that doing art is my part-time work while having a regular job, so please be patient!

  • My workflow is as follows: sketch approval > rendering approval > animation/add-ons approval > final approval. I will send a WIP for each stage unless requested not to.

payment & revisions

  • Full payment is paid upfront after the sketch is approved.

  • Partial payments are allowed for commissions over $500.

  • The commissioner may ask for major revisions only in the sketching stage and minor revisions for the rendering, animation, and finalizing stages.

  • I have the right to refuse any revision that I deem not within my scope of ability. However, I will still do my best to deliver on that revision.

deadlines & delivery

  • Commission completion may take 2-4 weeks to 2-3 months upon approval of the sketch. My queue tracker is regularly updated for your reference.

  • Delays are possible and the commissioner will be informed. Possible conditions include the complexity of the commission and animation, the current workload, and IRL situations.

  • Feel free to message me for the status of the commission. WIPs can be sent at any time upon request if the commission is delayed.

  • Let me know if there are any deadlines so I can prioritize it for the properly as I work on multiple commissions at once (not first come first served).

  • Rush orders may or may not incur an additional fee depending on how tight the deadline is and ranges from $20-500.

usage

  • Commissioned work, finished or not, may be posted and streamed on my social media and portfolios unless requested not to. If I decide to post it, I will tag you so if you would prefer otherwise, please let me know.

  • Chibis are under Personal use unless commercial usage is purchased. PNGtubers include streaming use but NOT commercial/merch use.

  • The commissioner can use and post the artwork as they please with credit. Altering the commission in any major way will require my consent.

  • My work cannot be used as NFTs or in AI training.

  • Commercial use: an additional 2x the total price of the commission. These include physical ways of monetization or reselling such as merch, keychains, stickers, etc.

intellectual property rights

  • As the artist, I retain the rights to all of my artwork. Commissions under commercial use would allow such purposes, however, I still retain ownership rights to it.

  • The commissioner cannot copy/trace/claim/alter my art as their own.

refunds

  • Full refunds can be given if I have not started on the commission yet.

  • No refunds once I begin working on the commission (after the sketch).

  • In the event that I am no longer able to work on the commission, I will give a full refund.

communication

  • Progress on the commission will be halted if commission updates for approval have not been replied to.

  • By violating my Terms and Services, the commissioner will be blacklisted.

  • When approved, I will reach out to you on your chosen platform. Failure to respond after a month will forfeit your slot.
